1. Booking & Payment Requirements

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Full payment must be completed by the designated deadline.

Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation without refund.

Prices may change until a deposit is paid and may be affected by supplier or currency changes.

Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.

Travelers must provide accurate legal names, DOB, and passport info.

2. Payment Plans

Payment plans may be offered through Stripe or other processors. Travelers may use automatic or manual payments and must keep payment methods updated.

Compassionate Payment Adjustment Policy: JLUXscape may adjust payment schedules for hardship if the full balance is still paid by the final deadline.

No Late Fee Policy: No late fees are charged; however, payments more than 15 days late require immediate communication. JLUXscape may cancel a booking if payments fall behind without communication.

All payment plans must be completed by the final payment deadline; otherwise, cancellation may occur according to supplier policies.

3. Cancellation, Refunds & Supplier Policies

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Monthly payments and upgraded flight options are normally non-refundable.

If a supplier provides a refund or credit, JLUXscape may issue up to 50% of that amount to the Traveler. Refunds follow supplier policies only.

Compassionate Payment Adjustment Policy: JLUXscape may adjust payment schedules for hardship if the full balance is still paid by the final deadline.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds may take up to 30 business days after supplier payment is received.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers must provide accurate legal names, valid passports, comply with all regulations, verify visa requirements, and provide an emergency contact.

5. Airfare

Airline policies control seat assignments, schedules, fees, upgrades, and delays. JLUXscape is not responsible for airline operational issues. Name corrections incur supplier fees.

6. Travel Insurance

Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Declining insurance waives claims for losses that insurance would have covered.

7. Passport, Visa & Health Requirements

Travelers must meet all entry requirements, maintain valid passports, and comply with health or vaccination rules.

8. Health, Medical & Safety Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for personal medical needs. JLUXscape is not liable for medical emergencies, injuries, or unshared accessibility needs.

9. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries may change due to safety, weather, supplier availability, or operational needs. Missed activities due to traveler delays are non-refundable.

10. Behavior & Conduct

JLUXscape may remove travelers for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior. No refunds are issued for missed services due to conduct violations.

11. Force Majeure

JLUXscape is not liable for delays or changes caused by events outside our control (weather, strikes, political issues, natural disasters, etc.).

12. Roommate & Room Changes

Room changes must be requested in writing, approved by suppliers, and any cost differences are the traveler’s responsibility.

13. Photography & Media Consent

JLUXscape may use trip photos or videos for marketing unless the traveler opts out in writing 24 hours before departure.

14. Disputes, Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Travelers must contact JLUXscape before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to removal and collection actions. Kansas law governs all disputes.

15. Privacy Policy

JLUXscape’s Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference. Travelers agree to the data handling practices described in it.
